Really bad customer service

Try to get ahold of the numerous times to no Avail Car keeps jumping track inside lane no good

Missing pieces

My little grandsons got this set for their birthdays. The only thing was that the power handle, power cord and 2 cars were missing. Can I purchase these parts for them? They've set up their track and left it in the corner to look at. Big disappointment.

Lots of fun race track

I got this track for my 5 yr old grandson. He loves it. When one of the power controllers got broken, I contacted the company for a replacement. Since they don’t sell replacements, I was sent an entire new race track at no cost. The representative was extremely kind and helpful. I will definitely order from this company again.
